ORLANDO, Fla. – The mother of a missing Florida 3-year-old wept as her attorney told reporters she is innocent and going through a “nightmare.”
Hours later, a grand jury issued a sealed indictment charging Casey Anthony with first-degree murder in the death of daughter Caylee, even though the child’s body has not been found during an exhaustive four-month search.
“I sincerely believe that when we have finally spoken, everyone, and I mean everyone, will sit back and say, ‘Now, I understand. That explains it,’” Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, said Tuesday as he stood next to his client before the indictment was issued.
The grand jury also charged Anthony, 22, with aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators about Caylee’s disappearance, State Attorney Lawson Lamar said. Casey Anthony is being held without bond.

I BELIEVE THAT CASEY WILL GET WHAT SHE DESERVES IF SHE KILLED HER DAUGHTER SHE WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH GOD. I DONT BELIEVE SHE WILL HAVE A GREAT LIFE IN JAIL, SHE WILL HAVE TO REMEMBER DAILY WHAT SHE HAS DONE. REALITY IS ALLREADY SETTING IN. AND HER FREEDOM IS NOW OVER WICH MUST BE TERRIBLY HORRIBL, ITS ALL OVER FOR HER NO MATTER WHAT. AND I BELIEVE SHE MIGHT OF KILLED HER BECAUSE SHE PROBABLY OVERDOSED HER TO GO OUT TO PARTY, AND SHE PROBABLY NEVER WOKE UP AND SHE DIED. THEN SHE HAD TO HIDE THE BODY BECAUSE SHE WAS SO SCARED.BUT NO MATTER WHAT IF SHE KILLED HER HOWEVER IT WAS ITS STILL MURDER. AND I THINK THAT EVERYONE SHOULD LEAVE THOSE POOR GRANDPARENTS ALONE NO ONE WOULD WANT TO BE IN THEIR SHOES. THAT IS THEIR GRAND DAUGHTER BUT CASEY IS ALSO THEIR DAUGHTER NO MATTER WHAT. YOUR CHILDREN WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR CHILDREN.
Yes,chloroform to GET her to sleep,and xanax to KEEP her sleeping(zanny the nanny)so that the little pig could continue her quest to do every male(and some of the females,judging by her many photos of herself)in Florida.I can almost almost hear her chuckling when she explains to inquisitive friends about her personalized baby-sitting arrangements.No more long nights of”romance”for MISS PROMISCUITY! Hey,casey,can you say ONANIST?
Till this day her dad defends her. Yep he smelt death in her car but, lets not beleive this george. (it was the pizza of course) Yep, Mr Baez has some elaberate story like Casey does and everyone will change their minds. I highly doubt it………Mr. Baez you also may think the sheriff department is bring the whole kitchen sink yet casey made a big mess in the kitchen and beyond..she is sloppy.
Casey is both pretty and evil. Evil is as evil does..or in Casey’s case..doesn’t. The mere fact that she didn’t and won’t talk to police in a respectable way of H E L P I N G her find her daughter is so suspicious in itself.
She is that trashy type of person that plays all kinds of games with police. If one is NOT guilty what is there to withhold from the police? It’s only the slimmy and guilty and twisted thinkers that think police are such that you wouldn’t call them if your child was M I S S I N G. Geesh.. Casey is the perfect white trash “type” that claims she could only trust herself. That is such BS. She stinks of guilt. STINKS of it.
Nothing she does or says suggests that someone took Caylee. IF ANYTHING Casey sold her or gave her away. Casey behaves like she’s only teary eyed or upset because she screwed up and couldn’t lie her way out of this.
She behaves like she doesn’t care about Caylee. PERIOD.. the puzzle pieces do not match up. Her situation does not match with her behavior during her child’s disappearance. Mommys lose their whole world when their child is lost/hurt/gone/missing/disturbed. They CARE. Casey does not care. No one ever can tell me this girl cared about Caylee.
Zany the nanny is spot on. This chick is a monster. Get a load of her in the nerdy reading glasses, trying to dispel the image of a wild and oversexed party girl. The truth is that the precious child got in the way of her partying, man-crazy obsessions, and plans to travel with her friends to party places. She is a despicable creature, worthy of damnation. I hope she rots in jail for a long miserable lonely life.

My nieces baby boy was beaten to death at 2.Three trials later I learned a lot-The reason for more than one charge -to do with a murder-is to give the jury lead way.If they dont want to convict on one charge-they can convict on another-but if they do, an they get a aquittel-they can not bring her up again, on any of the charges they have on the list.Like homicide by child abuse-4 different charges can be on that one-my niece was charged for leaving child in the house with a man who wasnt a custodial parent he killed the baby-she was charged under one of the charges-negulance that led to the the death of a child under 12-All she did was go to her Grandmothers down the road,to pick some boxes of stuff up.But he had been living in her home 2-4 months.She got 40 years for this-he got life no parole-an due to a error in court PAPERS-he got a appeal-got knocked down to 20 yrs.can you believe that-40 years ,an she wasnt even there-After all is said an done he was abusing her-we did not know-or he would have been thrown out on his head.Now she had no record-his was a violent one -long one-this man had come from Georgia.I find the court system lets a lot of child killers go-with a slap on the wrist.What is up with that-the solisitor who tried the case here,said she knew this man did this to our little one–but pursued my niecejust as hard as she did him.Shes been there 10 years now.If they let Casey go – I will have lost all faith in the system!!!
